Enlightened, in partnership with ACS, Inc., provides mailroom and scan room services to process tens of thousands of payments, benefits and correspondence related to NY Child Support Payments and Benefits programs on a daily basis.
Enlightened has also expanded their role to include the processing of the NY EZPass payments for commuters. This center handles additional large volumes of payments and correspondence from consumers and employers that must be sorted and scanned.
On a daily basis our teams provide the following services to the state and ultimately the citizens of New York:
- Full time center management
- Supervisory staff
- Quality assurance measures of all staff
- Performance management of all staff
- Weekly reporting to executive staff
