Enlightened is helping Ginnie Mae establish a Program Management Office (PMO) to manage all its projects across each business unit from the top down, supporting generation of over $500 billion in mortgage backed securities a year. |
USAID

Enlightened was requested to provide information
technology system assistance support for the redesign of USAID’s Food for Peace Management System (FFPMS). Food For Peace (FFP) tracks USAID administered food aid delivered to foreign countries and supports targeted emergency relief and development projects across the globe. Enlightened conducted a technology review of their systems and recommend improvements for their future business processes tool. |

CJCC
|
CJCC engaged Enlightened to integrate and facilitate data exchange between 13 disparate systems of different District law enforcement agencies, creating a search application that provides a visual analytical tool and utilizes a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web services. Enlightened designed and developed the Justice Information System (JUSTIS) and now maintains and enhances it. |
CSOSA
|
CSOSA is a federal agency responsible for pretrial services and adult parole, probation, and supervised release of offenders in the District of Columbia. CSOSA interacts with 13 other law agencies within the District, all with different computer and database systems. SMART is the computer tracking system central to CSOSA activities. Enlightened’s tiger team fixes bugs in CSOSA's SMART System, and has cut access to criminal justice information from 24 hours to 2 seconds. |

Enlightened created a web-enabled application to enhance information management, air field coordination, and provide for better future HAP project planning and budgeting. Currently, Enlightened provides program support and online application maintenance and enhancements for US Southern Command.

At the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Enlightened is currently tasked with performing a FISMA Audit of its QIOs which are located in 58 separate physical sites responsible for each US state, territory and the District of Columbia. These reviews effectively measure the organization’s IA posture from three perspective control tests: Operational, Management, and Technical.

BLS
|
The E-Government Act of 2002 required all federal agencies to assess their computer systems for impacts from security breaches; certain categories of systems had to be reviewed by independent auditors. BLS selected Enlightened to perform this annual review on three of their systems, based on our two prior FISMA review experiences.

DC Government

Enlightened performed an inventory of all DC Government fixed assets located at 240 sites in 90 days. |
Dept. of Labor

DOL, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Acquisition and Management (OASAM) asked Enlightened to develop a web-based interim inventory collection and data entry system in order to conduct a baseline inventory for various agency offices in anticipation of an enterprise-wide JFMIP compliant system. |
LA State Government
|
Enlightened, in partnership with ACS, Inc., provides the Louisiana State Government's Department of Social Services, Office of Family Support, Support Enforcement Services (SES) with Call Center Management services. The call center is located in Baton Rouge and provides customer support for the state's Child Support Enforcement Customer Service Center. |
NY State Government
|
Enlightened, in partnership with ACS, Inc., provides mailroom and scan room services to process tens of thousands of payments, benefits and correspondence related to NY Child Support Payments and Benefits programs on a daily basis.
