ENLIGHTENED EXPANDS OPERATIONS TO BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA
Enlightened To Provide Call Center Support Services in Baton Rouge

WASHINGTON (February 1): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, announced today it has been awarded a contract to provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services for a Baton Rouge, Louisiana Customer Call Center operation.

Enlightened will be expanding its operations to Baton Rouge and will be creating various career opportunities to the area. As part of the agreement, Enlightened will be responsible for the management, recruitment and human resource services of the Customer Call Center operation.

"We plan to connect with the Baton Rouge community both on a business level and a personal level to assist in the rejuvenation of the local economy," said Antwanye Ford, President of Enlightened. "We intend to become an integral part of Baton Rouge and as our operations blossom so will the success of our employees."
