ENLIGHTENED AWARDED A REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CSOSA

WASHINGTON (September 30): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, announced today it has been awarded a contract with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) to perform requirements analysis services for the Closed Record Archive and Management System (CRAMS).

CSOSA is a federal agency responsible for community supervision and enforcement for all adult offenders on probation, parole, or supervised released in the District of Columbia (DC). Enlightened is tasked with providing requirement collection and analysis, systems analysis, and solution recommendation services for the CRAMS system. The system’s primary function is to track offender case files, their status, and history. Enlightened will assess, document, and analyze the current system and propose an agile and cost effective solution to enhance the overall functionality of CRAMS.
