ENLIGHTENED AWARDED REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS CONTRACT WITH CSOSA
Enlightened to Support CSOSA with System Requirements Analysis

WASHINGTON (September 29): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services,announced today it has been awarded a nine-month contract with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) to provide a requirements analysis of their Supervision Management Automated Record Tracking (SMART) system.

Enlightened team members are responsible for reviewing and validating existing system and business requirements of CSOSA’s SMART program. The team will provide development and technical design services to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and functionality of the program. SMART is a multi-faceted computer system that manages and organizes offender’s background and arrest information. In addition, Enlightened will also develop and update business process flows within CSOSA.
