Our Approach
We begin by learning the customer’s business and processes, to fully understand their information needs. We then look at the different IT systems in use at the enterprise level. Back at the drawing board, we analyze the existing systems and produce an enterprise-level architecture that will efficiently meet our client’s needs.

Following discussions and agreement with the client, we design the proposed architecture and begin development and implementation. Our goal is to test and deploy it into production with the least impact on ongoing operations. The final step is to deploy our change management framework for directing fixes, configuration, and future releases of the system.
